Airport transfers for your wedding guests
We carry wedding parties and their guests to venues across the whole corridor — the Byron Bay hinterland, the Tweed hinterland, the Gold Coast hinterland valleys and Tamborine Mountain — from both airports, at a fixed price per vehicle. Sedans for couples, a Kia Carnival for up to seven, or a Maxi Taxi for eleven. Small weddings are our specialty: a handful of vehicles timed to the flights, and the return pickups from the venue booked in advance so nobody is chasing a ride on a hinterland road at midnight.
Every fare below comes straight from our pricing engine — it is what the booking form charges today. Hinterland venues are priced for the extra distance off the highway and the slower roads in; the fare is fixed per vehicle regardless.

How wedding transfers work
- Tell us the flights and the venue. Give us each arrival flight and the venue address; we time every pickup to the landing and track the flights on the day.
- Choose vehicles by group. Sedan (1–3), Kia Carnival (1–7) or Maxi Taxi (1–11) — mix them for a wedding party. Child seats fitted for $25 each.
- Book the return at the same time. A pre-booked pickup from the venue means the driver is at the gate at the agreed time. Rideshare from hinterland venues late at night is unreliable; a booked car is not.
- Fixed price, confirmed by email. No surge, no meters. After-hours pickups (10pm–5am) carry a $50 surcharge.
Frequently Asked Questions — Wedding Transfers
Can you move a whole wedding party from the airport?
Yes. We run multiple vehicles timed to different flights — a Maxi Taxi for the bridal party, Carnivals and sedans for family — and coordinate them as one booking. Tell us the flight list and we do the rest.
Do you pick up from the venue after the reception?
Yes, and we recommend booking it with the arrival transfers. Hinterland venues on winding roads are exactly where rideshare fails at midnight; a pre-booked car is waiting at the gate.
Is the price per person or per vehicle?
Per vehicle, fixed, GST-inclusive — the fare shown is what you pay whether the car carries one person or its maximum.
What if a guest’s flight is delayed?
We track every flight and adjust the pickup. There is no extra charge for a delay.
