For refunds we are happy to give customers 100% credit to be used at anytime to pre book future transfers. The only time this refund doesn’t apply if you mist your plane and don’t tell us or your flight is cancelled and you don’t inform us.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our services. By booking or using any service provided by GC Airport Transfers (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Services
GC Airport Transfers provides private, door-to-door airport transfer services between Gold Coast Airport (OOL) and destinations across the Gold Coast and Northern NSW region. All transfers are private — we do not operate shared shuttles or ride-share services.
2. Bookings
All bookings must be made in advance via our website or by calling 0414 680 860. A booking is only confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from us. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.
3. Pricing
All prices are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice. Quoted fares are per vehicle (not per person) and apply to the route and vehicle type selected at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply for after-hours transfers, tolls, waiting time beyond the included grace period, or extra stops.
4. Payment
Payment is accepted via credit card, debit card, or other payment methods as indicated at time of booking. Full payment may be required at the time of booking or at the completion of the transfer, depending on the booking method selected.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made with reasonable notice will receive a 100% credit redeemable on any future pre-booked transfer with GC Airport Transfers. Credits do not expire. Cash refunds are not provided.
No credit or refund will be issued if: (a) you miss your flight or departure and fail to notify us in advance; or (b) your flight is cancelled and you do not contact us before the scheduled pickup time.

6. Flight Monitoring
Where flight details are provided at the time of booking, we will make reasonable efforts to monitor arrival times and adjust accordingly. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, including airline delays, air traffic control, or airport congestion.
7. Waiting Time
For airport arrivals, a complimentary waiting period is included from the flight’s actual landing time. Extended waiting beyond this period may incur an additional charge. For non-airport pickups, drivers will wait a reasonable time before the booking may be treated as a no-show.
8. Child Seats
Child seats are available on request from $25 per seat. It is the responsibility of the passenger to request child seats at the time of booking and to ensure the seat is appropriate for the child’s age, height, and weight. GC Airport Transfers accepts no liability for injury arising from failure to request or correctly use a child seat.
9. Luggage
Standard luggage allowance is based on the vehicle capacity. Passengers with oversized, excess, or specialty luggage (such as surfboards, bicycles, or medical equipment) should advise us at the time of booking to ensure an appropriate vehicle is assigned.
10. Passenger Conduct
Passengers are expected to behave in a respectful manner toward our drivers and vehicles. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate a transfer without refund if a passenger is deemed to be intoxicated, abusive, or poses a risk to safety.
11. Liability
GC Airport Transfers will take all reasonable care in providing services; however, we are not liable for any loss, delay, or damage arising from events beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, road closures, extreme weather, or vehicle breakdown. Our liability is limited to the value of the fare paid.
12. Privacy

13. Governing Law
