How do I confirm my Gold Coast airport transfer booking?

Once you submit your booking request via SMS, email, or our online form, you will receive a confirmation message with your payment link. Your booking is fully secured once payment is processed. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee your preferred vehicle and time slot.

What information do I need to provide when booking?

Please include your passenger name, travel phone number, flight number, preferred vehicle type, number of passengers, pickup date and time, pickup and drop-off addresses, and bag count. For families, note any child or baby seat requirements (forward-facing child seats $25 each, rear-facing baby seats $50 each).

Are there any extra charges I should know about?

All base fares are fixed and per-vehicle, not per person. Additional charges that may apply include: public holiday surcharge ($50), meet and greet at arrivals hall ($33), after-hours pickup between 10pm and 5am ($50), rear-facing baby seats ($50 per seat), and forward-facing child seats ($25 per seat). These will always be confirmed with you before payment.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

GC Airport Transfers monitors all incoming flights in real time. If your flight is delayed, your driver will automatically adjust their arrival time at no extra charge. There is no need to contact us — simply provide your correct flight number when booking and we take care of the rest.
