The Brisbane International Cruise Terminal (BICT) is located at Cruise Terminal Drive, Pinkenba QLD 4008, directly adjacent to Brisbane Airport on the northern bank of the Brisbane River. BICT opened in June 2022, replacing the former Portside Wharf terminal at Hamilton. It is a world-class, purpose-built facility designed to handle the largest cruise ships in operation today.
BICT is the home port for major cruise lines including Royal Caribbean, Carnival Cruise Line, Princess Cruises and P&O Australia. Whether you’re setting sail on a short Pacific Islands cruise or a longer itinerary to New Zealand or beyond, BICT is your departure point.
The terminal sits approximately 89 km north of Surfers Paradise and 105 km north of Coolangatta via the M1. While it is close to Brisbane Airport, it is NOT accessible via public transport — a private transfer or expensive parking are the only practical options.

The journey from the Gold Coast to BICT takes the M1 Pacific Motorway northbound, crossing through Nerang, Oxenford, Coomera and onto the Logan Motorway and Gateway Motorway toward Pinkenba.
