Airport transfers for retreat guests
Most retreat guests arrive by air with luggage, on a program with a fixed check-in time, at a property well off any public transport route. That is exactly what a pre-booked private transfer is for: your driver meets you at the airport, the fare is fixed per vehicle, and the pickup for your departure day is already in our diary before you switch your phone off.
Several of these retreats sit in valleys with limited or no mobile signal. Confirm your booking details — flight number, pickup time, any special instructions — before you arrive; once you are at the retreat you may not be able to call.

How retreat transfers work
- Book both legs at once. Give us your arrival flight and your program dates; we book the arrival transfer and the departure pickup together, matched to the retreat’s check-in and check-out times.
- We track your flight. Early or late, the driver adjusts. No extra charge for a delay.
- Confirm everything before you arrive. Signal is poor in the valleys — we confirm by email in advance so nothing depends on a phone call on the day.
- Fixed price per vehicle. Sedan (1–3), Kia Carnival (1–7) or Maxi Taxi (1–11). Travelling with a friend? One car, one fare.

Can you pick me up from the retreat on my departure day?
Yes — book it with your arrival transfer. The driver will be at the retreat gate at the agreed time; you do not need to phone on the day, which matters where there is no signal.
Which airport is closer to Eden and Gwinganna?
Gold Coast Airport, by a long way — about 30 minutes to either retreat. Brisbane Airport is around 1 hour 45 minutes.
Can two guests share a transfer?
Yes. Fares are per vehicle, so two guests on the same flight pay one sedan fare between them.
Do you carry luggage and equipment?
Yes. A sedan takes two large cases plus carry-on; a Carnival or Maxi for more. Tell us if you have yoga mats, bikes or bulky items and we allocate the right vehicle.
