Child Seats in the Standard Sedan
One child seat can be pre-installed in the Standard Sedan at no extra charge on the day of booking (seat fee $25 applies). The rear seat can accommodate one child restraint alongside adult passengers. Options include:
- Rear-facing infant capsule (newborn to approximately 9 kg)
- Forward-facing baby seat with harness (6 months to approximately 4 years)
- Booster seat (4–7 years, 18–36 kg)

The Standard Sedan tier typically uses a Tesla sedan. In rare cases of fleet maintenance or high demand, an equivalent premium sedan may be allocated. If you require a specific vehicle, note your preference at booking and we will confirm availability.
How many passengers can travel in the Standard Sedan?
Up to 4 passengers. For groups of 5–7, the Kia Carnival is recommended. For groups of 8–11, see our Maxi Taxi.
How much luggage fits in the Standard Sedan?
The boot comfortably fits 2–3 full-size checked suitcases. Cabin bags and backpacks can go at passengers’ feet. For groups of 4 with full checked luggage, consider the Kia Carnival for additional cargo space.
Can I bring a pram or stroller in the Standard Sedan?

Does the Standard Sedan fare include a meet and greet?
Meet and Greet (driver holds a name sign in the arrivals hall) is an optional add-on for $33. Standard bookings include kerbside pickup from the designated taxi/rideshare zone outside arrivals.

Yes. The same flat rate applies for both airport arrivals (pickup from OOL or BNE) and departures (pickup from your accommodation). No direction premium applies.
What if my flight is delayed?
