Frequently Asked Questions

Can we choose where we go?
Yes — this is your private tour. The itineraries above are popular examples, but your driver will happily take you wherever you’d like in the Gold Coast Area, from Snapper Rocks near the NSW Border to Dreamworld up near Coomera. As long as it’s within the 10 hours. We won’t go into the Hinterland such as Spring Brook, Binna Burra or Cunungra, if you want Mount Tambourine it’s at the driver’s discreation.

Is our luggage safe during the day?
Yes. Your bags stay locked in the vehicle with your driver for the entire day, so you can explore hands-free.

Is the $660 per person or per vehicle?
Per vehicle. Like all our transfers, one fixed price covers your whole group.

Do you cover Brisbane Airport?
Yes — we pick up and drop off at both Brisbane domestic and international terminals as well as Gold Coast Airport. It’s a great way to turn the long BNE run into a full day out.

What if our flight is delayed?
We monitor your inbound flight and adjust the pickup time at no extra charge. Just include your flight number when booking.
