We highly recommend Rong and her airport transfers. She was on time and kept in contact with us throughout the process. She had karaoke set up for the trip home, which we all loved. She was kind and helpful throughout and helped with bags and suggestions at the airport. Go with Rong. You won’t be disappointed ❤️

Neil was excellent from start to finish. He was polite, easy to communicate with, and always on time. We travelled as a family with children, and he drove safely and carefully the whole way, which gave us real peace of mind. Highly recommended.

I used GC Airport Transfers for my flights out of Brisbane Airport and back (I am Gold Coast based). Thoroughly recommend this service - it really takes the stress out of getting to the airport and saves parking fees and all the attendant hassle. Great new clean comfortable vehicle and friendly driver (who is an encyclopedia of knowledge about the Gold Coast). Return flight was early and at that time Telstra network completely collapsed (no Telstra phone or wifi coverage nationally) so I feared the worst being totally without comms ... but the driver was there to meet me as I stepped out (they track the flights) so that was an amazing good surprise!

Neil made our Gold Coast Airport transfers so easy and stress-free. He picked up myself, my three young children and my parents, and it was such a convenient experience. Managing public transport with prams, luggage and young kids would have been a real challenge, so the private transfer was absolutely worth it.He also organised a last-minute transfer for us to Dreamworld and arranged a pickup very quickly, which was incredibly helpful. His drivers were professional and knowledgeable about what events were happening in the Gold Coast during our stay. Highly recommend for families travelling with kids — the convenience and peace of mind made all the difference.

Neil provided excellent service to our group of 11 including additional baby seats required for our shuttle service to and from the airport and to other destinations through our trip. Neil ensured all our transport needs were met through our trip. Neil and the other drivers working with him were exceptionally friendly and helpful, flexible with our plans (allowing us to last minute change times for pick up), punctual in picking us up and incredibly well priced for a private shuttle. Cars and kids seats were very clean and safe. Thanks Neil for your assistance. When we're next up in GC, we will certainly be reaching out again.
