The Gold Coast is renowned for its surf breaks, golf courses, and adventure sports. Generic shuttles often can’t handle longboards, clubs, or dive tanks safely. Our Kia Carnival and Maxi Taxi services are specifically equipped with the space and protective measures you need for peace of mind.
How to Book: Selecting Vehicles & Extras
- Kia Carnival (up to 7 passengers): Ideal for one or two boards plus luggage.
- Maxi Taxi (up to 11 passengers): Perfect for groups or multiple large items.
- Meet & Greet Add-On: $33 surcharge (standard); $50 on public holidays—to assist with loading/unloading.
- Child seats are extra; text or email us for a quote.
Packing & Protection Tips
Use padded board bags for surfboards and hard cases for golf clubs. Wrap delicate gear—like dive tanks or instruments—in bubble wrap and secure them with straps or rope inside the cargo area.
Surfers: Handling Your Board
- Slide your board tail-first into its bag.
- Lay it flat on the cargo floor or upright behind seats.
- Place soft padding between boards and vehicle walls.
- Secure with straps or ask for our Meet & Greet assistance.
Golfers: Fitting Your Clubs
- Stow your clubs in a hard-shell case.
- Stand the case upright in the boot or aisle space.
- Lock the case latch and wrap stand legs to save space.
- Ask for extra padding if you have multiple bags.
Other Equipment (Bikes, Dive Gear, Instruments)
Bikes can be partially disassembled and packed in their boxes. Dive tanks should be empty and secured upright. Musical instruments belong in sturdy flight cases—let us know at booking so we can allocate space.

On-Arrival Tips
Our driver will meet you at arrivals with a name board. We’ll help unload and place your gear where you need it—whether it’s the terminal curb or hotel lobby. Remember to tip if you enjoyed the service!
